Wellbeing Week 2012

Wellbeing Week is an annual campaign aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of St Helens by raising awareness of local services and providing free taster sessions for everyone to improve their wellbeing; Whether you would like to improve your mental wellbeing, physical health, try something new, meet new people, need information/signposting or even help with finding employment, St Helens Wellbeing Week is jam-packed full of fun and free events and activities.

The first St Helens Wellbeing Week took place between Monday 14th and Sunday 20th May 2012, with 71 free events and activities organised and over 2,000 people engaging in the campaign - please click here for a summary report of the campaign.
